BIRRIA RAMEN



Here's what you're going to need to make this recipe-


Ingredients  

  • 5 pounds chuck roast

  • 16 oz jar El Sabor insta birria sauce

  • 16 oz water

  • Ramen of choice

  • 2 bags of quesadilla cheese

  • Optional onion or cilantro



Instructions:


        1.      Season your chuck roast as you like. Over a skillet sear all sides and move into a crock pot


        2.      Pour 16oz of El Sabor birria sauce into crock pot. Add 16 oz water and cover. Cook on high for 6-8 hours or when internal temp hits 210 or beef shreds easily


        3.      In a bowl add your dry ramen and pour 1 cup of sauce into bowl on top of ramen. Add in shredded beef and top with quesadilla cheese. Garnish with onion or cilantro
